of work and family life leave us little time to nurture ourselves. At Feeding the Whole Family, we believe that good health shouldn’t be hard work. We bring together simple ideas and practical tools to help you and your family eat well and live a healthier, more balanced life.

Teaching
Feeding the Whole Family offers one-to-one coaching for our clients. We’ll work with you to identify the right solutions for your nutritional and health needs, and design an individualized, step-by-step plan that’s perfect for you.
We also offer practical, hands-on instruction through a variety of workshops. From the store to your table, we’ll teach you how to make delicious whole-food meals for the whole family.
Our Healthy Eating, Healthy Living packages target specific health and nutrition issues. Designed for women and their families, these packages combine great ideas and practical know-how to help get everyone in your family inspired.
