Healthy Eating ~ Healthy Living Packages
Cathy has designed a number of packages to address her client’s needs.
Please note that all packages are modified to suit the individual and their immediate health concerns. In order to truly make a difference she likes to see clients a minimum of 4 to 6 times. In some cases, this is not always necessary. Call Cathy for a free 20 minute strategy session to determine the best plan for you. Women’s Specific Packages


Women’s Health Package $620

Increase energy, balance hormones, normalize weight, and nourish your body
by adopting a whole foods diet customized just for you.

• Week 1: Initial consultation (1 1/2 hrs)

• Week 2: Follow up session with food preparation and menu planning (1 1/2 hrs)

• Week 3: Healthy shopping tour (1 1/2 hrs) (plus travel time if necessary)

• Week 4: Follow up session with food preparation and menu planning (1 1/2 hrs)

• Week 5: Final follow up session (1 hr)

• Week 6: Check in (1/2 hr)

Optional: Follow up sessions can be added as needed at a rate of $75 per 1 hr session, $40 per 1/2 hr session.


Optimize Your Fertility Package $575

Cleaning up your diet is the first step in taking care of your unborn child. This package is great for anyone trying to conceive, but is essential for those who might be experiencing difficulties.

• Week 1: Initial consultation (2 hrs)

• Week 2: Follow up session with food preparation and menu planning (1 1/2 hrs)

• Week 3: Follow up session with food preparation (1 1/2 hrs)

• Week 4: Follow up session (1 hr)

• Week 5: Check in (1/2 hr)

May suggest referral to Naturopath or other practitioner at an additional cost.

Optional: Follow up sessions can be added as needed at a rate of $75 per 1 hr session, $40 per 1/2 hr session.


Gentle Guided Cleanse $595

A simple, extremely effective, gentle cleanse that gets life-changing results.
In this cleanse we use food only, no supplements. We take every person where
they are at in their health journey and respect whatever level of commitment they are willing to commit to at the time. No pressure, no stress, just good clean food and lots of education. You will leave the cleanse with a greater awareness, lots of energy, a release of weight and glowing skin. It works best with a partner, so add a motivating friend or a spouse for only $50!

One-to-One Healthy Cooking $295

Learn how to shop and stock your kitchen so you have the resources for preparing healthy food fast. In this 3 hour session, we work together to prepare meals that are catered to your family’s tastes and lifestyle. We create the menu together and you get to take all of it home with you!

Includes the cost of food required for the session. Add a fun friend(s) or family member(s) for an additional $25 each.


Family Packages


Feeding the Young Athlete $395

Sport-specific nutrition strategies for athletic kids looking to enhance their performance on and off the field, court or rink.

• Week 1: Initial consultation with or without child (1 1/2 hrs)

• Week 2: Menu planning with recipes and sport-specific strategies (1 1/2 hrs)

• Week 3: Follow up (1 1/2 hrs)

• Week 4: Check in and results (1/2 hrs)


Allergy-Free Living Package $580

For those living with food sensitivities or allergies, this package will guide you through better food choices, tasty recipes and other options to help you enjoy your food and your life.

• Week 1: Initial consultation (1 1/2 hrs)

• Week 2: Follow up session with food preparation and menu planning (1 1/2 hrs)

• Week 3: Healthy shopping tour (1 1/2 hrs) (plus travel time if necessary)

• Week 4: Follow up session with food preparation (1 1/2 hrs)

• Week 5: Final follow up session (1 hr)

• Week 2: Follow up session with food preparation and menu planning (1 1/2 hrs)

• Week 3: Healthy shopping tour (1 1/2 hrs) (plus travel time if necessary)

• Week 4: Follow up session with food preparation and menu planning (1 1/2 hrs)

• Week 5: Final follow up meeting (1 hr)

Optional: Cathy will do a “Healthy Eating Talk” with your family in your home or hers $75 per hour, plus travel.
